The Dr. Olaolu Mudasiru Foundation

The Dr. Olaolu Mudasiru Foundation was set up in remembrance of Dr. Olaolu Mudasiru (Dr. Bob) (of Blessed Memory). The Foundation is a Non-Governmental Organisation registered under Part F of the Companies and Allied Acts, 2020 on the 19th of March 2024. Under his guidance, many found a place of growth and inspiration. The Dr. Olaolu Mudasiru Foundation continues his legacy by fostering hard work, excellence, and development in individuals and communities. 

Dr. Olaolu Mudasiru, fondly and widely known as Dr. Bob was born on the 5th of August 1968 to the family of Air Commodore Gbolahan and Mrs Foluke Mudasiru in Lagos, Nigeria.

Dr. Bob attended Command Children’s School in Yaba and Ikeja between 1973 and 1979. He proceeded to the Nigerian Military School, Zaria where he took his West African School Certificate Examinations, coming out with flying colors and passing out with distinctions.

Dr. Bob went on to university studies, where he graduated with an MBBS degree from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, in 1991. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in International Securities,  Investment, and Banking from the ICMA Center of The University of Reading. A Medical Doctor turned finance professional, Dr. Bob was an alumnus of the prestigious Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He was a dealing member of the London Stock Exchange and a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria. Dr. Bob co-founded Vetiva Capital Management and was the Deputy Managing Director/COO until his untimely demise.

Dr. Bob lived his life to the fullest – a lover of arts and an ardent reader. His adventurous disposition saw him traverse the length and breadth of the world. He was a passionate cyclist and an energetic and disciplined individual.
